Musicians Empowerment Collective is a nonprofit based in San Diego, CA that helps musicians making under living wage. We do this through high impact small grants, performance opportunities, and subsidized recording and music training.

Our Funding Sources

We raise money through a variety of sources:

• Monthly community events at The San Diego Music And Art Company and The Escondido Music And Art Company.
• Live music programming at venues around San Diego, including Arrowood Golf Course.
• Gear donations from companies such as Gibson Guitar and Shure Microphone.
• Private donors.
